We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with a very comfortable bed and a beautifully laid out bathroom. The rooftop bar offered stunning sunset views of the city and served delicious food and classic Margaritas. We were pleasantly surprised that they were able to cater to vegans as well. The personal service provided by Joshua, the Concierge, was exceptional. His local knowledge guided us to some fantastic breakfast spots, restaurants, and bars. A big thank you to all the friendly staff for making our stay enjoyable and memorable. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring everything in this town center.
Nothing to dislike.

We got great value for our money at Hotel Nena Centro. The rooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, with one of the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced in a hotel. The location was excellent, close to all the action but still quiet. The staff treated us wonderfully, with Carmen, the Hotel Manager, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooftop views were stunning and the on-site restaurant was amazing.
The food for breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.

The hotel has a perfect location in a beautiful area, just off El Jardin, the Parroquia, and close to wonderful restaurants and shops. The room was spacious with a large closet. The nearby Cantina-Bar el Tenampa is a great place to chill out.

My New Year at this Boutique Hotel was amazing! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, they even arranged transportation from the airport. The location was ideal, close to many great restaurants and attractions. They offered a complimentary breakfast cooked to order every morning, and the beds were so comfortable with beautiful linens and towels. I loved the cozy and intimate feel of the hotel and the attention to detail that made my stay so special.
Honestly, there was nothing I disliked about my stay. The overall experience was fantastic and exceeded my expectations.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the size and quality of the rooms. The hotel's attention to detail was also impressive, with small touches like candles in large candle holders that added a romantic atmosphere to the rooms. Additionally, the location was wonderful. Being close but not too close to the noise of the city, and with major attractions just a short walk away, it was the perfect base for exploring.
All was ok.
